Flexible hours, always got along with coworkers in my department. If you're looking for a job in the meantime with basic pay and you get a basic position, then its fine.

Cons

Lots of drama between employees. Management would treat employees poorly. Not worth it long term. If you're looking for longterm career options, best look elsewhere, this place will drain you of everything you are and make you bitter.
