I have been working for Village Travel for a little while, and I love it! Everyone at Village is so nice and willing to help, its a great work environment! They really care about their employees. I haven't heard anyone say one bad thing about Village.

Great people to work with. Good for adventurous people who like beign around other people. Options to move throughout company in different roles/advancement.

Cons

As a driver, you will be working lots of weekends and overnight. As a mechanic or detailer, working outside of the normal 8-5 Monday-Friday is a necessity. Several positions within the company can be high stress especially for dispatch and the shop but for those who thrive in this environment, it's a very rewarding career.
