Pros

Good benefits and opportunities in current role (ie. tuition, travel, vacation time). Generous benefits package with summer hours. Able to create a network within the Villanova community.

Cons

Lack of communication, operate in silos, minimal strategic insight about new initiatives. Work assignments are often rushed and unclear which effects morale and makes it feel like we deliver quantity over quality.

interaction with students, staff, faculty and administration make it a unique place to work for. Opportunity for tuition remission, and excellent benefits for the worker

Cons

Sometimes long hours depending on the position played in the departments. Upward mobility is limited for some career areas.
