Pros

Have had enough of working in corporate environment of "no room for kindness" so i wanted to move to a non-profit. I found Vinfin where i could live by my principle of treating people how I would like to be treated and i found this place where i feel like i belong!

Cons

The only thing i did not like about vinfin that every employee must work on weekends.

It was amazing to work for this company. I was able to learn so much about myself from working with these individuals.

The pay was not great but the experiences and knowing you are making a difference really does help!
