Pros

Highest paying of the dmh contract companies for outreach and residential employees. Other pro's include job security-you'll be stuck in the same job for years and years and years...they'll make sure of that.

Cons

The downside of working at Vinfen is the culture of disrespect into which you're swept. The cliquey culture of their organization breeds contempt between employees and a general distrust of co workers and supervisors. Forget HR, they are just the messenger and there to protect the company.

Benefits package is pretty decent. Some tuition reimbursement for professional development; probably better environment/pay than Fellowship.

Cons

Poor Leadership; coworkers are sometimes as mentally compromised as clients; constant client crises; low ceiling/pay; idiotic paperwork system; generalized service overall wit no specialty; impossible expectations from management; health/life threats are constant and real; hellish workload.
