Pros

The people who work here are fantastic. Laid back environment...9/80 work schedule is great, but we work most off Friday's.

Cons

Management is awful. Supervisors are just as bad. Teams are mislead and mismanaged. Little to no recognition or acknowledgment for the "hard workers".

This is a very good company to work for. The employees are well taken care of and considered in the business scope.

There really are no cons to this company. It is a start-up so there are always changes but that is what makes it exciting and gives us something to do at work! Change is good

I have worked in numerous different fields and none of them have ever felt like TSC. This company cares about their employees, they go out of their way to make their lives better. From an amazing schedule, to different perks like offering massages and carwashes and free drinks and food. No other job is like this

Cons

My only con is there aren't enough food places in Mojave to choose from!
