Interesting and exciting project. Opportunities to expand your knowledge base and work in different disciplines. Benefits are competitive. Good group of people. If you want to be out of the city and the traffic Mojave is good. Mountains are close enough to live in and have a commute less than 30 minutes.

Cons

Far from big city ammonites like an international airport. No offices.

I really enjoy what I do and love the people that work here! Everyone here is so creative, intellectual, driven and motivated. It is so refreshing to work with people who enjoy what they do and have a sense of pride in their job. We build spaceships! That is super exciting! Everyone here is amazing from each employee to upper management/leadership! Definitely an open door atmosphere - where everyone is an important part of the mission! The inspiring and innovating culture here breeds a positive yet productive atmosphere.

Cons

Mojave could use a few more amenities that many small cities are accustomed to.
