Wonderful company and amazing culture!

Pros

A lot of great employee perks and benefits which shows they care about employees and we have a great office but don't have to work there. We can work remotely most of the time and save the commute.

Cons

Would love more equity upside on the compensation for employees, but tough ask when not a publicly traded company itself.

The people make Virgin a great organisation, the founder knows it and promotes a positive culture from top down. It truly feels as a family.

Cons

Workload is intense at times.
