Pros

I love having a job with a purpose where I feel like I get to make a difference in the world. It's also a great environment in that it's very trusting and flexible - we're treated like adults and able to manage our own work, there aren't set hours and we can work from where we want, when we want which I love. Overall it's a really exciting environment and something I love being part of.

Cons

Changing the world can be hard work and it's a really fast moving environment with lots of change which is not for everyone.
