Average benefits, toxic environment

Pros

Looks good on your CV. Some of the benefits are nice like the in-house cafe which does breakfasts and lunches. Good coffee machine. A few lovely, well meaning people & I will give them kudos for their Diversity & Inclusion work.

Cons

Genuinely one of the most toxic places I've ever had the misfortune to work. The bullying from management is unreal, if you have a role without "manager/director/head of" in it, you shouldn't expect to be treated well. If you admit you are struggling with the impossible work load, you will be told to get used to it and fix up or get out. Unrealistic expectations followed by belittling attitudes when you fall short. My mental health suffered under the tyrannical team I worked for & seemed to be a shared feeling among the few people I spoke to about it.
