Micro-management from hell!! You are treated like a 10 year old, they watch your every move. Instead of treating you like an adult who they have entrusted with a gun to enforce the law you are treated like a toddler with scissors. Management is cocky and always looking for a reason to write you up. They don't want you to do police work they only want you to be seen and hand out hugs and lollipops.
