Pros

The salary is competitive and lots of branded material given out.

Cons

“Hybrid”, well there version of it, will probably end as soon as senior management decides they want mangers to fully micromanage. The company culture is very old school. The same people have been there 20 years+ and “pride” themselves that the credit union operates like it was 20+ years ago today. The attitudes, constant back stabbing from colleagues to obtain a senior positions (which are limited due to people who pride themselves in not retiring), and the blatant disregard for younger staff development reflects on their workforce. If you enjoy company gossip, sitting in a cubicle all day, and waiting for someone to finally retire to move up in a company this is the place for you.
