Pros

Really good industry with lots of business. People are buying transformers like they are going out of style. This is consistently the biggest bottleneck for north American economic growth, and that means it's easy to sell transformers

Cons

VTC is super old school. There is no CRM and every system is manual. Nothing is automatic. Everything is excel sheets but no one's uses the same ones.
