Pros

Run from AK Power Solutions, their sister company VA Transformer, GA Transformer and others. The owner is horrible and treats employees terribly. HR tries to make things better, but is handcuffed by the owner.

Cons

Absolutely everything - worst place I have ever worked.

Pros

it has the best starting pay in my area. fun coworkers. get to learn about something i found very interesting

Cons

management does not care about you. horrible work conditions, the location in Pocatello needs to get their stuff right, nothing there was in order. building is over one hundred years old and really needs maintenance. needs proper heating and cooling and at least half way decent air ventilation so youre not destroying your lung. pocatello location needs to do more drug tests because i was working with heavy drug users and it was seriously affecting workplace safety.

Pros

1. I loved my job here as far as the work I did but they have poor leadership all around and until they work on that it will never be a good company to work for. 2. They do have lots of employee events and luncheons for engagement.

Cons

1. They claim to care about people and wanting employees to stay but they don’t put anything into action to show that. In so many ways this company has the potential to be great but they refuse the address the root cause of issues and actually make changes. 3. To give more insight into my job. I consistently worked in a hostile work environment. My boss was as an extreme micromanager, belittled me and other people on the team frequently, never took accountability on their end, always found ways to make even the simplest of task more difficult because they refused to listen to anyone and likes to be in control.
