There's more contractors than real full time employees and they rarely, if ever convert contractors. I think generally speaking VRS is a very good place to work though the situation in IT is pretty horrible. There I've witnessed an unprecedented exodus of employees as a result of a nightmare manager hire. 10 of the 12 nearest cubes to my desk have been vacated in a year due to people running for the door to pursue employment elsewhere.
