Pros

decent benefits if you can get full time..and that is not going to happen anytime soon n o matter what lie they tell you.

Cons

boring long training with constant testing.many promises of help after but best forget it. you are on your own when it is over. chaos is everywhere, stuff gets changed every second but you dont get the message,b ut they still dog you.part time means you are at the bottom and it shows.no flextime, no adjusting schedules..they try to control you life but have no respect.

Pros

Depends on position. Pro was limited customer contact

Cons

Poor management, inconsistent directives, you are pretty much treated poorly. Never been treated so poorly in my entire 35+ years working. Do not promote from within. Work system is a nightmare. If you don't work for investments, you don't matter.
