Pros

Being a learning assistant is a wonderful job to have at Virginia Tech. Some of the pros of this job are: - great compensation - an opportunity to interact with other learning assistants and students - ability to improve your communication skills

Cons

The only "con" that I would have is that sometimes meetings are so short that they would have been better served to communicate that information via email. However, then we wouldn't get to meet in person as much!
