Pros

The faculty and staff I work with are some of the most amazing people I've ever met. So many community outreach opportunities and events outside of my job that enrich my experiences. The work is not stressful and the gallery is such a gem in Blacksburg.

Cons

More regulations than usual other jobs but that is to be expected when dealing with art work. Not really any cons here!

Pros

You gain Contacts The working Environment is very friendly and welcoming Mentally Stimulating tasks, opportunities and conversations Gain Marketable Skills

Cons

I suppose if I had to think of something negative I would say the laboratory equipment could be more updated, but that is very much a lab by lab basis, and that being said, the equipment all still completely functions
