Really easy, sometimes boring

Pros

very friendly staff, fun interactions with the students, great open atmosphere, awesome management, not overly challenging/demanding, can be made to fit perfectly with school schedule

Cons

sometimes frustrating to work with others' children, can sometimes be really underwhelming/boring especially during nap times, no real room to "climb" up as positions are pretty well locked in by management and teachers

Graduate Assistantship, great way to cover tuition

Pros

I work maximum of 20 hours a week, on top of being a full-time graduate student. In return, they pay my tuition in full, and I get paid a stipend which works out to $23/hour.

Cons

Always more work to do, they will make full use of the 20 hour cap.
