However, the Dean has a really nasty attitude problem and will not help in a serious situation. She only cares about numbers and keeping her job. The program directors only do the dirty work for the Dean. Students that should fail have to get pushed through to get the numbers to balance. The students can barely add and subtract. It's sad. Students are allowed to cheat and that's not fair.

Living in Blacksburg is pretty dull. The restaurants are all chains and there are few cultural events. That said, it is a friendly town and good for raising kids if you have them.
