Pros

Everyone is nice and fairly laid back. They really care about the students in the college and do all they can to help. There are plenty of opportunities to learn what it takes to run a college.

Cons

With the school trying to expand, there is a lot of pressure to recruit more and more students. This can make things a little crazy in the office.
