Pros

Work life balance, benefits, Beautiful area

Cons

"Boring", Biased Salaries. No Growth opportunities. No career whatsoever. Someone has to die/ retire for a position to open up. once the position opens up, they "know" who would get it. Fake promises. "Men" consider superior. "country" attitudes. I am quitting very soon.

Pros

Option of returning to school paid by Virginia Tech. Willing to pay for certifications. ALOT of down time for studies!

Cons

Manager was horrible at communication. Had to open a trouble ticket to receive training. Manager never gauged technical ability and was afraid to share input and access to systems that were essential to performing role.
