Pros

The campus has a good environment. Through this appointment you can get subsidies on health insurance as well.

Cons

Work load increases when your own course work increase. Have to plan well beforehand. Had a large class of 150 students.

You are getting paid to go to school.

Cons

Graduate assistantships are much lower than other universities and the student fees are ridiculously expensive.
