Pros

Geographical location is beautiful, wonderful supportive community, great family place; exposure to lots of great information, speakers, arts and entertainment, and sports with the college community. Cons

Pros

Fun/relaxed atmosphere, great people, flexible work schedule. Convenient to students and Blacksburg residents. Competitive pay.

Cons

Lack of management, several unpaid days off for hourly employees during the year. No real system for promotions - current employees apply for job advancement and compete with the general public.
