almost everything. Long hours, high workload, and not appreciate your time. Used to sponsor Greencards but now they start to use performance review to hold you off.

Great benefits, monthly bonus, clean office space

Cons

The processing department is almost 95% asian with no americans in leaderships roles. Most staff often dont speak english which is allowed and they can be very rude and un professional to non asians. If you are chinese or Indian this will be a great place for you. If you are American you will be ignored, not spoken to, and passed over for advancement. Stay away... No work life balance. Be prepared to give up all person time including weekends and holidays.
