Pros

The Houston office is quite nice. They have many ping pong tables, pool tables, games rooms, free lunches, and lots of events etc to try to keep employees happy. Very nice and helpful people for the most part.

Cons

The pros do not even come close to making up for the very demanding work load. Expect to work minimum 10 hours per day, and often on weekends, and definitely from home. You may need to get up in the middle of the night to check up on your work. No overtime pay either. If you work here, expect the job to be your life.
