Good pay, nice bonuses, creature comforts are provided, there's plenty of societies, easy going people, nice offices. It gives a great opportunity to learn some new skills and get acquainted with office work (i.e. ticket systems & company email).

Cons

I would say the company benefits like health care and things are not quite as good as they are made out to be. Even with the company paying for part of your health care, it still costs and arm and a leg.
