Pros

You get good health care and pension. Apart from that I cannot think of anything else. I think due to the fact they got big by buying up the competition there is animosity amongst various employee groups depending on which company they are from originally.

Cons

I cannot recommend working for CGG. The problems are numerous and salaries are low. there are better seismic companies to work for out there.
