Usually quiet If you’re lucky, you’ll be placed with a supervisor who knows what they’re doing and is a good teacher
Cons
Little to no upward mobility and no support for training. I never received a raise working there and speaking with others it had been several years since any of them had as well. Technology support needed better training. They often sent someone unqualified to work with a program to try to fix issues. Technology updates were very lacking. It can be like this anywhere, but depending on your manager, it could be extremely micromanaging and stressful.
