The upper management seem to know what's going on in the business and are creative in their pursuits.

Cons

Unfortunately, the upper management doesn't know what's going on with the middle management. They will be disrespectful, throw you under the bus and even will torpedo to make themselves look good, even if you do as your told.

Cons

Being client based, some projects operate under very strict deadlines. The company , especially the processing division, consists largely of immigrant population. It would be nice to have diversity.
