      Good salary and good benefits

      Cons

      Lots of pressure. The amount of time reserved in project schedules is not enough to do a good job, many projects are delivered with strong approximations and lack of understanding the nature of the data. Overtime is not explicitly requested, but doing regular hours is frown uppon. The company framework is incredably rigid and little room is left for creativity. All code is protected, not even employees can read it and everything is used as a black box, so a large portion of the work is made by trial and error. Employees are not given the oportunity to really understand the processes. What you learn in this job is to use the company's framework, which is not very useful moving to other jobs.
