1. Work-life balance - forget it if you want to get noticed! 2. Management does not care about employees needs; just interested in making money 3. Too much of hierarchy in the organization 4. Workforce is enthusiastic and committed to excellence and takes pride in providing unique solutions to customer problems. Campus is nice and is in a good, accessible location.

Cons

Infighting and disengagement with workforce among executive and leadership teams, creating anxiety, and discouraging the workforce. Disconnect between corporate objectives and business unit objectives has exacerbated post-acquisition unrest and has impacted financial performance even more so than the current industry downturn.
