Pros
The company react quickly to customer's complaints/demands.
Cons
Management react to situations rather than doing preventive plannings. Preventive measures were proposed but then ignored until customers actually complained. Blames are often shifted to employees even though most of them can be prevented by simply having an effective leader/manager who actually leads and motivates their staffs. Management don't really give employees a clear direction of what is ahead. Key managers can't communicate effectively which often lead to miscommunication and conflict. It seems like half of the employees are in the same family. Us vs Them culture. Lack diversity in the manufacturing floor.
