Seems to be lots of growth potential if you are willing to put in the work. Freedom to make decisions on a day to day basis without too many restrictions.

Cons

Long hours with no clear career direction or path and often felt left out of the larger, big picture decision making. Some extremely condescending employees that made for a rather unpleasant work environment.
