The company offers a great work environment, in which it is easy to feel comfortable and at ease. The higher-ups are always receptive when listening to the employee's opinions and recommendations. VES offers real opportunities to grow and values its employee's hard work.

Cons

They offer many benefits like work from home, flexible vacations, and discounts on specific services; however, I believe they could try to expand these benefits.
