The workload is okay and the hybrid mode makes life better.

Cons

The company seems to be improvising and lacks organization. Besides, the management's understanding of the recruitment area is poor, so their decisions aren't based on a true comprehension of what the company should do to improve its retention of old clients. If the company doesn't do anything to change the course of things they are going to go disappear quickly.
