Pros

One of the best reasons to work at VES is that you are constantly learning and developing skills, you learn about a lot of industries and you're always improving your recruiting skills. Ves offers an interesting investment plan, which is intended to be long-term, I believe this is a really good way to save money in case there's an emergency or something happens. Also, the company is still growing, which gives the employees a wide range of opportunities to be promoted to higher roles.

Cons

The company is located in Colombia, but you'll have to work most of the Colombian holidays.

Cons

We would love to see more growth opportunities, novelty in the tasks, and more openings in each position. Sure they have great ideas and they´re working on it.
