So thankful

Pros

I think it all comes down to the culture and the growth around you. The people from the owners all the way down to New hires are motivated, positive, and exciting. I love that you are in control of your growth, so what you put in you will get out. Its refreshing to be around people that want to help you succeed even when you may not belive it yourself. The work they do is amazing, its not all about standing around it's about connecting with people.

Cons

I don't know that there are many cons. I would say for a negative person the positivity is infectious so it will change the way you think about things from negative to positive.

Best job I’ve ever had

Pros

Working for this company has truly changed my life. I’ve never been apart of such an encouraging group of people who push you out of your comfort zone, in the best way. A lot of work environments can be toxic unfortunately, but this company only accepts positivity and supports everyone to be the best version of themselves. As well as encouraging you to have a growth mindset, something that is valuable in every single aspect of your life... I’ve become so much more confident, and I’ve learned more life skills than arguably most of my college career. I’ve also built personal relationships with the charities we represent, which is a really cool plus. My main passion in life is helping animals and people, so being able to combine that with a job where I also made a lot of money is something rare that I’m very thankful for. Can’t say enough great things about this company and the opportunities they provided for me. Also, Adam who hired me, is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Let alone worked for. He genuinely just loves helping people. I think working for someone like that, in and of itself, is priceless.

Cons

This job is not for people who like to slack and do the bare minimum. So if that’s you, I guess it’s a con. What you put in is what you get out of it… which has incredible potential for anyone who’s willing to put the effort in.

Pros

They do make you feel like the best person in the world.

Cons

This is an MLM scheme. It ain't it. Standing outside for hours in a day pestering people to sign up for a charity when a large fraction of their money they donate pays you. Your long day is 8 hours without guaranteed money unless someone signs up. I wasn't told I would be outside and got sun burned.

Hello and thank you for the feedback! We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience. We understand it's not for everyone, and apologize if you were sunburned. Sunblock is encouraged and being outdoors allows us to stay socially distanced. We try to ensure everyone fully understands the position before being offered a job. For your peace of mind, please know that ALL money raised for charities actually goes directly to the Non-Profit. Best of luck to you in the future.
