The studio provides courses and training classes every now and then for targeted employees, to develop their skill set, artistry as well as pop knowledge to provide better contents. - Positive culture, fun atmosphere is in the air, young people's energy mixed with experience of the "oldies". - Good benefit regarding for healthcare, relocation assistant for expat, consistent pay-rate within the studios in the group, though living cost in HCMC is way cheaper.

Cons

- Overtime happens, not in a bad manner but sort of often, which may cause unbalanced work/life.
