      Pros

      Small departments, good mix of investments, benefits, and working environment.

      Cons

      Small firm with micro management mentality. Too many sub-advisors, and not enough oversight. Good intentions and the appearance of trust is what is doing this company in. Management should be held accountable for what direction the firm ultimately takes. Mistakes are made at the highest level, and yet the senior management remains?
