      Lay offs Number of Projects are limited Not easy to swap from one project to another Developers are not respected enough by the Project Managers (may be in few projects) Resources from premier educational institutes are prefered

      For those looking to learn, there are ample opportunities as you are in consulting environment. Decent pay for US hired employees

      Cons

      Sr. mgmt is literally there with a gun to your head makin sure you work hard. Micro mgmt. Clubby environment at the top. Not much flexibility in deviating from their "process'
