Pros
Virtustream began as a start-up & still has that feel! I've worked at several IT companies throughout my multi-decade career & Virtustream is by far the best one. The same job roles are somewhat similar across all companies in the IT industry but what matters is the support & investment the company you work for puts into their employees. Great benefits, work/life balance, competent management & leadership, & anything else you could ask for in a corporate company.
Cons
Some customers can be difficult to handle but that's just part of the industry & customer personalities so nothing that can be done about that part no matter what company you work for.
