      Virtustream is small enough that every employee has the opportunity to be exposed to many facets of the business and to make a big difference. The work is fast-paced, but the entire company embraces and encourages flexibility and work/life balance.

      Cons

      Virtustream's legacy operating model is facing increasing competition. The leadership team is championing a strategy for continued success, but it will all come down to Virtustream's ability to execute. There are still employees not fully embracing the required change.
