      Pros

      The company is on the verge of tremendous growth and change especially since it has been included as part of the Dell Technologies family. For those that want a challenge and fast pace work environment it is definitely the place to be. The teams are great to work with and collaboration with the different departments is always efficient. Great technology and people to work with! It also has great compensation, health benefits, and bonus plan.

      Cons

      Growing pains as the company evolves from a successful start up to being a part of Dell Technologies can make things challenging in terms of structure and change.
