I'm currently working with Virtustream in Bangalore office almost 3.4 yrs and currently promoted to Managerial role. 1> As an individual contributor, there is an opportunity to learn hands on as it's a kind of startup under the umbrella of Dell Technologies. 2> Work environment is good with lot of work but management is flexible in terms of providing option for work life balance. 3> Small team, so lot of focus on ur work and you will be recognized for anything related to customer delight.
Cons
1> To many changes at executive level. 2> Still learning to be structured. 3> Growth opportunities are stagnant at Bangalore center. 4> Few people in management role is not competent enough and completely dependent on decision of US team. 5> Salary is below par. 5
