Operations changes are burning people out and destroying morale

Work with excellent people from multiple technical disciplines.

Cons

Company wants to provide 24x7 services without adding 24x7 staffing. Single shift operations people are suffering from constant influx of new projects and having to provide 24x7 customer support. Penny pinching has resulted in work locations transformed into open office environments so they can cram as many people into the space as possible.

Immigrant life will be horrible under few managers. You will be threatened that you will be on pip or be fired quite a few times.
