You get to work with a very diverse group of the best in their respective specialties. Everyone I worked with was professional, involved, caring, and took responsibility for their special contributions.

Cons

Like many companies, they strive for agility and train agile principles, but government regulations and financial markets restrictions prevent the agile mindset from working its magic.
