      Stable company but lacking in creativity

      Pros

      Excellent benefits package, stable company, the 401k plan is perhaps the best that I have seen in a workplace. The cafe is excellent as well.

      Cons

      It is actually a very slow moving company. Perhaps after going public, things have changed. Lack of innovation since the company has a duopoly on the market.

      Pros

      Most of the colleagues are good people, usually easy to work with. The compensation is quite good and there is always emphasis about family time. Visa encourages a healthy lifestyle and promotes participation in sporting events by absorbing the registration fee.

      Cons

      Too political at the management level, they are also very selfish. Too many times managers are obviously biased but are not bothered about it. Management suffers from Tunnel vision!!
