      Cons

      Visa presents as innovative and people-first , but internally the culture is corrupt, political, fear-driven, and disconnected from operational reality. The corruption trickles from the top down. Leadership pushes AI transformation while overloading already stretched teams and cutting experienced staff long before the AI tools set actual in replace or effective.
