      Pros

      They don’t micromanage , generally laidback just do your job and no one bothers you.

      Cons

      Poor pay. No bonuses for UW. Not much room for growth. Very small company. Definitely not a place you would stay at for life.

      Great People, Great Opportunities

      Pros

      Management cares about the employees, great benefits, and bonus structure. Great culture of work/life balance and everyone was friendly. I started in an entry role position and was able to get promoted internally and grow with the company.
